Botany Bay farm is a small family run farm nestled in the scenic and beautiful Greenbelt on the Northern Edge of London. You can even see The Shard from the farm. We are within 35 minutes from London Kings Cross station on public transport and 5 minutes by car from Junction 24 of the M25 motorway and 15 minutes from Enfield Chase station on the 313 bus.

The Botany Bay alpacas are friendly, gentle and curious animals who love a fuss from people, even more so when they are given a vegetable or fruit treat at the end of their trek! All our trekking alpacas are halter trained, which allows for a great experience trekking your very own alpaca in the countryside – who will get as much enjoyment from the trek as you will.

• Meet the Botany Bay Alpacas

• Health and Safety briefing and instruction on how to handle alpacas

• Approximately 40 minute trek through the farm.

• Feed your alpaca treats and photo opportunity.

• Visit the Botany Bay farm shop and chance to buy exclusive Botany Bay alpaca knitwear.

• Toilet and hand washing facilities.

WHO IS IT SUITABLE FOR:

• 6 -12 years old* - child ticket required (*must be accompanied by 1 paying adult (18+); ratio of child to adult 1:1)

• 13 -17 years old – child ticket required (*must also be accompanied by a paying adult (18+); ratio of junior to adult 2:1

• 18+ - ticket required (*can be responsible for an under 16)

• 18+ companion, max 1 additional person per alpaca
   

Please note: The minimum age for walking our alpacas is 6 years.
